| Active Clients: |
An active client is someone that has placed and paid for
an order in the previous six months. If you have not done business
with us in more than six months you are deemed inactive. |
| Rates: |
If you become inactive your rate can change.
Discounted rates are only good for active prompt paying accounts.
Discounts are lost if bills are paid late. |
| Inactive Clients: |
Active clients receive priority when scheduling
appointments and projects. If scheduling is tight we will be
unable to accommodate new clients. |
| Records: |
We archive records for inactive clients and destroy
records for inactive clients that have not ordered in over 2 years.
Records for equipment that has been removed is destroyed. |
| Programming: |
Projects that are in use without additional programming
for 6 months are deemed completed. Fixing corrupt data and minor
patches are not considered additional programming. |
